Valet Trash is (5) nights a week. Residents would place their  fire-resistance company logo trash bin outside their front door between 6:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Trash bags should be broken down and neatly placed behind trash bin. Regular trash waste should be placed in black or white trash bags, and recyclables should be placed in blue trash bags. Any trash placed outside of trash bin will first be warned then fined in accordance with your property guidelines. A service tech will arrive to the property and sanitize all common areas, and then will begin trash pick-up at 7:00 p.m. All residents should have their trash bin back inside their home before 9:00 a.m.
